What's important in the lunch box that you choose is that it's suited to your habits: If you need several compartments to take starters, main course and dessert with you in a single box, if you don't have a microwave at the office for reheating your dish of the day… That's why, here at monbento, as lovers of lunch on the go ourselves, we've come up with different types of lunch boxes! The same goes for lunch sets: insulated bento box or lunch box, cutlery or bottle, lunch bag or sauce container, solid color or a pattern… How do you choose? To help you out, here's our top tip: focus on the lunch box to start with. Follow your heart, as well as your appetite! To know which size of lunch box will best suit you, prepare the lunch that you often take to the office or on picnics. Serve you usual portion on a plate, and then transfer it into a measuring jug. Look at the quantity that it represents and there you have it! Next stop: the monbento website! Choose the bento box that best fits your usual portion and your habits (if you prefer cold meals, if you can reheat your dishes at the office, or if you need to keep them warm, etc.).
